Here’s the history:
I’m currently going to be graduating from City College with an associate in studio art, but that is not my real goal! I recently got accepted into the Academy Of Art University in San Francisco. I’m from a family that is in financial need, I’m trying hard to help my family and also save for college, I’m not asking for pity. But I do ask that if you want me to commission you, I would really appreciate it! I really need the money! Please bear with me for I have not done this before. Below is the general information, how I charge, etc. etc.

If you want to commission me, find out how below. Make sure you fill out a form, which you can find below under "Payment Method" If you have requested a commission before, but did not make it in time, you still have to resubmit your request. I want everyone to have an equal shot at glomping a slot.

NOTE! A name on the list with a "star" on both sides of the deviants name it means that I am finished with that person's commission. It does not mean that it is open. You can start requesting for commissions when a slot says "OPEN."

By Commissioning me, you are Complying to the---
TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1) ABSOLUTELY NO redistribution, reproduction, or use for personal profit (i.e. selling it in whatever form may it be t-shirts, key chains, prints, or what have you) of the artwork. *HOWEVER if you do want to commission me to do something that you can use to sell please state so in your note. If this is the case, the prices for which will be much higher.
2) The artwork is for personal use only. For example: For your own webgraphics, desktop, icon, banner, bedroom poster, etc. etc.
3) My signature will be somewhere on the final product, it will effect the final product because I’m not sending the product to your account but to you in the mail, the signature will be on the real thing.. Of course, original characters will still have the copyright of the original creator/owner. This does not mean however that you are free to claim that you yourself did the artwork.
4) Payment is in USD (U.S. American Dollars)
5) I reserve the right to refuse your commission for whatever reason and I also have the right to keep this reason to myself if need be.

3) Original Characters (OC) (Note! When requesting an OC you MUST give me an existing visual (like a sketch or picture. This also includes their accessories, weapons, or whatever.) of what they already look like. Otherwise you give me a lot of artistic license to do whatever I want, and that usually doesn't turn out too well.
4) Animals (subjective, I will tell you if I can or can't manage it. It will not be realistic looking though.)
5) There is no real limit to how many characters you request, but 6 is pushing it a bit.
6)chibis

I Don't
1) hentai/porn
2) hardcore yaoi/yuri
3) Complex machinery, mechas, etc.
4) Comic pages/strips
5) Realism
6) Excessive Violence
7) Other things that I might be uncomfortable with.

TYPES of COMMISSIONS

**All colored works will be done in colored pencil, because I do not have photoshop and I refuse to use paint again!

The following are types of commissions available:

- Half Body (from head to waist):

- Full Body (from head to toe):

- Chibis (Super deformed, cute style. Always full body, unless otherwise specified.):

Example:

Pen
Example:

1) Half Body: $30

4) Additional Characters: $25 for half body, $35 each for full body, $25 for each chibi



Colored Pencil
Example:

1) Half Body: $40

*IMPORTANT! All commissions must be requested at least a month before your expected deadline. If there is a specific deadline you want it done on, you must note me about it. If for some reason, I cannot meet the deadline, I shall contact you beforehand and we will work something out.

**If what you have in mind includes both full body AND half body characters in the composition, the price is subject to be a combination. Just note me about it and I will tell you the calculated price for it.

***Unless you tell me specifically what you want, composition is for me to decide and you give me free reign.

****The working format will be on 8 x 11 drawing paper

*****Remember I will Not be sending the commission to your account but to you person by mail! Discussing mailing agreements will be private between the deviant and myself through my personal email!

PAYMENT METHOD / REQUEST FORM

I Accept money-orders ONLY.
As said before, mailing agreements will be through my personal email!



1) Send me a note with the title: COMMISSION. The following is the request form that MUST be included in your note. (If you do not fill out the form properly it might delay/prevent you from getting approval for a slot):

- Your name and e-mail. (If you really feel like it, you can also include your phone #).

- Character(s), specifications, what kind of picture you want it to be such as romantic, comedic, etc. composition (optional) and other details.

- Half Body, Full Body, or Chibi style

- Style (Sketch, Cell, Pen and Colored Pencil)

- Background: if you want one.

- Reference material (ESPECIALLY for original characters. This can also include material that you want included in backgrounds, clothes, or anything of the like). NOTE! If your commission requires reference materials, YOU MUST INCLUDE IT IN YOUR REQUEST! I will not approve of your request until I get all the sufficient references I need.

- If you are okay with me putting it into my DA gallery afterward J


2) After receiving your order, I shall tell you if I accept, the price, and smooth over details.
3) As soon as I can, I shall send you a preview sketch to you. If you are happy with it, you must pay me a deposit of half of the expected price. Drastic changes or complete change in direction that requires re sketching will cost you an additional $10.
4) Once completed, I shall e-mail you a very small preview with a huge watermark on it. If you are satisfied, you pay the rest of the price and I shall send you the finished product as soon as mailing agreement is arranged.

ALL COMMISSIONS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!
Check the slots regularly to see if there are any open. As soon as the slots are filled, all requests shall be deleted. So, if an open slot appears again and you still want to commission me, you must resubmit your request.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

1) If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so before I send you the preview sketch and you have already paid me the deposit. If you decide to cancel AFTER this time, you do not have to pay the second half of the price, but you WILL NOT get a refund on the deposit.
2) If for some reason, I cannot complete your commission and decide to drop the project, you will get a full refund, regardless of if you have paid me the deposit or not, or how far along I am on it.
